SHIPPING POLICY

We at SPOX Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • When the order is placed on the website of SPOX, the customer will receive an order tracking number via email.
  • All orders will be shipped within 3-10 business days of after placed the order.
  • Fees for shipping is included in the product price. 


Return Policy within 15 Days

 If you have purchased something from us and would like to return the product back to us within the 15 days of its delivery, we would love to take it back without asking any question to you.

1. If it is brand new and still not opened, we will give you 100% refund. In case, you received a faulty or a damaged product from us, we will of course refund 100% including return shipping charges.

2. Don't worry if you have opened it or packaging is damaged, we will still take it back but we would charge 15% for returning the same.

3. If upon receipt of the order you notice that your product(s) has a manufacturing defect, you are required to kindly attach a photo of the product’s label and send it to our email id: sales@spoxhealthcare.com and +91-9811314143, 9311026251 forthwith and within no later than 4 hours from the receipt of the order. Once we receive the email, an investigation may be initiated at our end. Our team/ courier partner / supplier or manufacturer’s representative will collect the product and once it is ascertained that the defect claim is valid we will make arrangements to dispatch a new product subject to the availability of the stock. If the stock is not available then a coupon or credit note will be issued which you can redeem in your next purchase. Please note that you are not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment.

4. Do not accept your order if you receive a tampered consignment as evident from the packaging. If received, after opening the consignment you find that the product(s) is damaged then immediately (within no later than 2 hours from the receipt of the order) click the photo of the damaged product(s) as well as the product label(s) and send it to our email id: sales@spoxhealthcare.com and +91-9811314143, 9311026251 along with the order number and the invoice number. Once we receive the email, an investigation may be initiated at our end. After the investigation, if the issue raised is found to be valid, we will make arrangements to dispatch a new product subject to the availability of the stock. If the stock is not available, then a coupon or credit note will be issued which you can redeem in your next purchase. Please note that you are not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment. 

5. We will not pay you full return in below conditions -

  • If product is opened and used.
  • If product is damaged by you.
  • Product is returned incomplete.

Warranty

Machines/Devices will come with standard one year parts warranty from manufacturer, Spox will be responsible to give all service support from India through manufacturer of ordered product. This warranty is non-viable:

1. If the equipment has been broken by accident or mishandling, or has not been operated in accordance with the procedures represented in the operative instructions.

2. If the equipment has been altered or repaired by any company other than SPOX or adaptations or accessories have been made or attached to the equipment which, in the determination of SPOX shall have affected the performance, safety, or reliability of the equipment.

SPOX does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by the equipment, or inconvenience or interruption in operation.

After sales support

SPOX will be responsible to take care of supplied equipment during warranty period using electronic media like call, skype, whatsapp etc., If required any parts SPOX will arrange new parts in place of damaged parts (which buyer have to send his/her own courier charge) from India free of cost during warranty period, and after warranty period buyer have to pay the genuine cost of new parts, If require our engineer visit then his Airfare and his boarding and lodging borne by buyer.

Jurisdiction

By visiting www.spoxhealthcare.com you agree that the laws of the state of Noida (U.P), without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and SPOX Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. must be settled in the courts of Noida (U.P.), INDIA; and you agree to jurisdiction in such courts.
